Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging; please note that custom-engraved plates and personalized trophies are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return arrives safely at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
